The West's Wane: The first Nihil Project album, recorded on July 2001, takes the facts of Genova's G8 as a starting point for an in-depth reflection on globalization and on the collapse of the industrial civilization.
It's an experimental album, sometimes a bit ingenuous, but with many interesting points like the first minimal version of Radar, or the "industrial song" Beating about the Bush, or the two beautiful songs Atlantide and  La Metafisica delle Vette.
